Hi, I'm Rita, a psychosocial counselor and systemic therapist with over 10 years of experience supporting children, adolescents, women, and families through life's most challenging moments.
I believe that every person deserves to be seen, heard, and supported — with empathy, dignity, and care. My mission is to walk beside you in your vulnerable moments, and help you reconnect with your strength and clarity.
My Background
A Journey of three Worlds:
Art & Sociology & Systemic therapy
My path began in Damascus, where I studied Fine Arts and Interior Design. After moving to Germany, I transitioned into the fields of Sociology, Education, and Systemic Therapy, combining creativity with evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
Today, my artistic roots deeply shape the way I work — integrating expressive, non-verbal, and creative tools in therapy when words are not enough.
Since 2015, I've worked across a variety of child protection agencies, youth centers, refugee support programs, and family services in Berlin. My work focuses on trauma, migration, family dynamics, and resilience building.
I work using Systemic Therapy, a method that focuses on the relationships and dynamics
shaping your emotional world. I also use Art Therapy as a creative and accessible tool,
especially when traditional conversation feels limiting.
Our sessions are designed to:
Create a safe, non-judgmental
space
Explore what's really going on
surface
Reconnect you with your values,
needs, and inner compass
Help you develop practical tools
for lasting change
Is This for You?
Whether you're:
I offer a space where you don't have to go through it alone.
